Ashiana

Ashiana takes pride in handcrafted techniques, especially hand-beading, ensuring every piece of jewellery feels unique and artisan-made. The brand recognises that ethical work is an ongoing journey and remains committed to continuously improving its practices while supporting its global artisan community.

Ashiana is committed to ethical, handmade production, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and longstanding relationships with artisans. With its own workshop operating for over a decade, the brand maintains strict standards for pay, quality, and ethical practices, and partners only with suppliers who share these values—including Sedex-approved factories.

The design process begins in London before moving to India, where founder Anastasia and workshop director Deepanjali collaborate closely with skilled artisans. Sourcing materials and developing components can take months, and each design is reviewed extensively before launch.
